training
We recognise the critical importance of on-going training for all levels of staff and have invested accordingly.
Training will be given that is specific to each contract. The content will ensure that all employees are fully capable of performing the required security duties, both prior to and during their period of employment on site. Full training records will be maintained in order to demonstrate to the client that the required regular training standards are met. Constituent parts of the training will be:
• S.I.A. Training (Security Industry Authority)
• General Security Duties
• Security Law
• Security Reporting
• Fire Prevention and Fighting
• First Aid
• Basic Health and Safety
